REFUND POLICY

If, within 7 days of receiving your item(s), you wish to return them for a refund, it might be possible to do so providing they are not a custom made-to-order item . Provided that the returned item(s) are received in as-new condition and in the original packaging, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charges. Unless there is a proven fault with the item(s) to be returned, the customer is liable for all return postage costs.

Custom made-to order products are not subject to our usual cancellation and returns policies and may not be returned unless they are proven to be faulty.
